Ani Kavafian

Ani Kavafian is a classical violinist and professor at the Yale School of Music. Born in Istanbul to Armenian parents, she started playing the piano at three, later studying the violin in the US. Kavafian has performed with major orchestras, is a member of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and teaches and conducts master classes worldwide.
