Nobuo Uematsu is a composer from Japan, best known for his music for the Final Fantasy series. His scores combine melody-led orchestral writing, rock, folk color, and electronic game sound. Pieces such as Prelude, Terra’s Theme, One-Winged Angel, and To Zanarkand made him one of the central figures of game score.
