Tinariwen

Tinariwen are a Tuareg band from Mali, central to the international spread of desert blues. Built around figures including Ibrahim Ag Alhabib, the group combines electric guitars, call-and-response vocals, hand percussion, and melodies rooted in Saharan tradition. Albums such as Amassakoul, Aman Iman, and Emmaar brought their sound to global rock and world-music audiences.
