The Police
The Police were an English rock trio formed by Sting, Andy Summers, and Stewart Copeland. Their music joined punk energy, reggae rhythm, new wave, and pop songwriting during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Songs such as Roxanne, Message in a Bottle, Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic, and Every Breath You Take became major rock standards.
