James Faye

James Faye Hall, better known as Roy Hall, belongs to the rough early world of rock and roll piano. The USA musician and songwriter worked around country, rhythm and blues, and rockabilly before his name became tied to Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On. That song's later success with Jerry Lee Lewis placed Hall near the commercial explosion of 1950s rock.
