Giuseppe Tartini

Giuseppe Tartini was an Italian violinist, composer, and theorist of the late Baroque and early Classical periods. His best-known work is the Devil’s Trill Sonata, alongside many concertos and sonatas for violin. Tartini’s playing, teaching, and acoustic writings made him one of the important violin figures of the 18th century.
