Damo Suzuki, born Kenji Suzuki, is a Japanese musician known for his work as the former lead singer of the krautrock group Can. Active from the 1970s to the present, Suzuki has made significant contributions to the experimental rock genre. He joined Can in the early 1970s and recorded acclaimed albums such as Tago Mago and Future Days. After leaving the band, Suzuki took a break from music before returning in 1983. He currently leads Damo Suzuki's Network and performs live improvisational music with various local musicians. Suzuki's notable works include collaborations with artists like Dunkelziffer and Omar Rodriguez-Lopez.
