HESPERION XXI

Hespèrion XXI is an early-music ensemble associated with the recovery of repertory from the Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque worlds. Founded by musicians including Jordi Savall and Montserrat Figueras, the group built a sound around historical instruments, Mediterranean memory, and cross-cultural repertory. Its recordings often move between court music, sacred song, Sephardic tradition, and early European dance.
