Greg Lake
Greg Lake’s voice gave both King Crimson and Emerson, Lake & Palmer some of their most recognizable early songs. His work joined bass guitar, acoustic ballad writing, and the large forms of progressive rock. Recordings such as 21st Century Schizoid Man, Lucky Man, and From the Beginning show his place between lyric song and expansive rock arrangement.
