Injected belonged to the heavy American rock landscape of the early 2000s. From the USA, the Atlanta band built a sound around thick guitars, compressed hooks, and post-grunge aggression. Burn It Black, especially the track of the same name, placed the group near the world of soundtrack rock, video games, and hard-edged commercial alternative music.
