JOHN WILLIAMS (Gitarist)

John Williams is an Australian-born classical guitarist whose recordings and concerts helped define modern classical guitar performance. His repertory ranges from Bach and Spanish music to contemporary works, ensemble projects, and collaborations outside the strict classical field, including important duets with Julian Bream. Williams followed the concert path opened by Andrés Segovia while bringing a cleaner, more analytical style to the instrument.
